Day 153, Year 8: Night Out at Bimini’s

Weather: Clearing but Still Cool
Location: Lightkeepers Marina in Coquina Harbor, Little River, SC
We’re obviously not as young as we used to be. We went out with my nephews last night and are feeling the effects this morning. I couldn’t even write my log last night when we got home, so I’m writing it this morning (pretending it’s last night). We went out to dinner at a place called Bimini’s, had some great seafood and too much beer, and just generally had a great time. Friends of my nephew Rex flew down from West Virginia and we all met my nephew Tommy and his family at Bimini’s. Tomorrow the sun is supposed to shine and we are going sailing on Windbird. It will be her first trip out of the slip since November, so we’re hoping everything works!
