Day 37, Year 10: More House Hunting with P&J

Today we did more house hunting with Patsy and Joe, but still they have found nothing that they like more than the very first model home we saw. That model is in a Dell Webb retirement community where the amenities offered will be hard to beat. As part of a very moderate condo fee, you get total yard and outside maintenance, basic cable/internet, trash collection, and the use of the beautiful activities center that has everything from a library to a complete work out room to beautiful inside and outside pools. But the problem is that there is not a house for sale that is exactly like the model. I’m not sure if Patsy and Joe will do more looking tomorrow or just wait for the real estate agent to contact them when the house they want comes on the market. But they certainly have gotten a feel for the community here and know much more about what they want and where they would want to live. So we’ll call the trip a success. The house will come. And whatever we do during the day tomorrow, we are all looking forward to going to the Gaylord Hotel in Opry Land tomorrow evening to see the two-million holiday lights.
