Day 233, Year 10: Slow and Easy Sunday

It was a slow and easy Sunday. At least, that’s my story. Mark, on the other hand, had a very busy Sunday at West Marine. I have an annual check-up with my Primary Care physician in the morning at 7:45 and Mark has to be at work by 8 am, so we are definitely going to turn in early tonight. And I think this might be the shortest log I have ever written. More tomorrow night.
