Today was a much better day for Mark. Late last week when we met with his Cape oncologist, the doctor suggested that Mark double his pain medications in order to better manage the pain in his abdomen. But yesterday, Mark and I discussed his quick downturn since making that change and decided to go back off the doubling. And today he was much better, much steadier on his feet and generally feeling good. We’ll just hope that the pain stays under control without increasing the meds again.

Good friend Jane Woodin and I went for a nice walk down to the beach this morning and then I spent my afternoon visiting my chiropractor and doing some necessary shopping. The chiropractor visits have really improved my back situation, so for that I am most grateful. Tomorrow I have the boys in the morning and then in the afternoon Mark and I have our annual physical exams with our new primary care physician. Hopefully that will be routine with no issues, but it will be a relief to finally have a new PCP.
