2024 Life Logs, Day 195: Really a Do-Nothing Saturday

Yesterday was a do-little Friday, but today was truly a do-nothing Saturday. I went to bed early last night, slept in this morning, and by 11:30 I was exhausted from doing nothing. I had zero energy and decided to test for Covid as I couldn’t figure out what else could be wrong. I tested negative, took a three-hour nap, ate lunch in the middle of the afternoon, and started feeling a tad better. I had enough energy to do some house cleaning and I feel fine tonight. But we’ll see how tomorrow goes.
Jed came over this afternoon to help me with a couple of small tasks and I had him install the window air conditioner. I have felt better ever since, so maybe my problem was exhaustion caused by the heat and humidity. I just hope I feel as good in the morning as I do right now.
