2023 Life Logs, Day 58: More Recovery Time

Weather: Partly Cloudy, Waiting for Snow; High 35, Low 28 degrees F
Location: At Home in the Cottage, East Falmouth, MA
I spent another day doing mostly nothing, resting to recover from this persistent cold that I have had for two weeks. I woke up this morning feeling achy, so once again tested to make sure I don’t have Covid. Again, I tested negative. This really is just an old fashioned, stubborn cold. I certainly feel better tonight than I did this morning. I talked to another friend who is normally as healthy as a horse, and she, too, is in the second week of a similar cold. Hopefully all of this rest will result in a healthy me. We shall see.
The weather forecast is for snow overnight, maybe as much as 3 inches. It should start anytime now, but I was just outside with Shadow and there was no snow in sight. It is another one of those ‘wait and see’ situations.
