2025 Life Logs, Day 19: The Calm Before the Storm

Location: At Home on Lakeview Avenue with My Shadow, Falmouth, MA
Today was not cold and gloomy like yesterday. We had a bright sunny morning, and a mostly cloudy, but warm afternoon. It was a nice break before the cold comes in tonight. The storm that has brought cold weather and snow to areas to the west of here will head through Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine tonight. It has been raining all evening and is now turning into an icy mix. If we get any snow here, it will be very little. We can expect to be in the deep freeze from the early hours of tomorrow through Wednesday. Since it will be too cold to spend much time outside for the next three days, Shadow and I spent a lot of time outside today. I spent my inside time cooking, so my refrigerator is a little crowded tonight.
