Day 273, Year 6 Calm Sunday

Weather: Rain and Clouds Off and On All Day

There’s not much to report today. I worked on photos and cleaning inside the boat as planned and Mark went to work at West Marine. We had a very hard rain just before Mark needed to leave, so we both had to put on our foul weather gear to keep from getting soaked on the way to shore. I take him in and then come back to Windbird with the dinghy just in case I should have some type of emergency. I’d hate to have to swim ashore! The rain stopped but then came back twice as hard in about an hour. Then it sprinkled on and off all day. Tomorrow’s a work day on the outside of the boat, so I’m hoping for better weather. But I know Heather and Jed need the rain for their garden, so I guess I can work in the rain if necessary.
